Kofi Quansah is the secretary and a Director of Abena Dokua Educational Foundation. He sees this as an honor and a duty to ensure that the foundation is well organized through effective communication, meetings, as well as maintaining important records.
As a person, he draws a lot of inspiration from the eternal words of Gandhi that says “the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others”. “The idea of giving back was engrained in him from childhood as the first of four siblings, Kofi, took care of his younger siblings. As such, connecting with children today reminds him of his true identity and how to stay attached to some of life’s important values and inner compassion . For these reasons, when the opportunity was presented, saying yes and jumping in to serve was without doubt.
Kofi is a software engineer and a cyber-security analyst by profession. He holds a BSc in both Management Studies and Health Services Management. Married and a father of two, he continues to uphold the same values that inspires him as a family man whiles connecting to impact communities through ADEF.
